Viewedplays Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel. We are not a contractor. We do not swing hammers, set tile or pull permits. Independent local providers do that work.
Why We Exist
Most people start a remodel without knowing what it should cost. That makes it hard to judge a quote. So we focus on the money side first. Know the line items. Then compare before you commit.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what you want. It might be a tub to shower conversion, a walk-in tub, or a full kitchen refresh. We then connect you with a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of job.
Some providers focus on custom bathroom renovations. Others handle luxury bath upgrades or kitchens. We try to point you toward a good fit for your project.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to do a few simple things:
- Give written quotes with itemized costs
- Explain the scope and the schedule in plain words
- Answer questions without pressure
- Treat the home with care
Providers are independent businesses. They set their own prices, and they hold their own licenses where the law requires them.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the remodeling. We do not set your price. We do not promise a result or a date, because the provider controls those. We also do not replace your own research. Check licenses, ask for references and read every line of the quote.
Why Written Quotes Matter
A price said out loud can change. A price in writing gives you something to compare. Ask for the same scope from more than one provider. Then look at where the numbers differ. A low total can hide missing items. A high total can include extras you do not need.
Typical U.S. costs vary by job. A small bath refresh and a full gut remodel are very different projects. So are a cabinet swap and a full kitchen redesign.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners are not charged by Viewedplays Remodeling for a referral. Providers in our network may pay us for connecting them with homeowners. That does not change what you pay a provider for the work. It also does not change the advice here: compare before you commit.
